If you still have the driver cd from your original purchase, or know how to download the relevant driver, you just need to buy another keyboard and you’re all set.

I don’t know if Word Mobile 6 is a problem, but apparently you just need a replacement keyboard for the one you broke.

I plan to buy a HTC HD cell phone and either the igo keyboard or the new Freedom Universal one (but that’s heavy and bulky).

What bothers me about both of them is the split space bar, because my thumb comes down right on that spot when spacing. Maybe I can just put some tape there to cover the gap.

I've been an Apple user since the first Macintosh 128 and have put up with those policies. I'll continue to do it for many more years. It's a waste of time griping since if I don't like it, I can buy some other brand. I have no intentions of switching brands at the present time. Supposedly, Apple builds what Steve Jobs wants. Nothing more, nothing less. Apple buyers are generally ignored and learn to cope with whatever is handed down from Mt. Apple.
