It has touched my life

Hello mobile friends and other visitors! I get inspired a lot when I read the small stories at Palm Addicts about how people use their devices to manage their lives, so I wrote a similar piece about my average working day.

Every morning my HTC Touch wakes me up with the most annoying sound possible, because that’s the only way it will get me out of bed. I would love to say that after waking up I check my email, rss-feeds and the weather, but this isn’t the case since I don’t have a data plan yet… Dammit! Before I go to school I update everything using Activesync on my desktop, and then I plug in my earphones to listen to some tunes while cycling, trying to catch my train. After I made it to the station safely, I sit down in the train and read some rss-feeds or articles that I store in word documents. At school I often play games and call other students between the lessons, besides doing the regular stuff in class: entering and viewing appointments, taking notes and looking up other information. And there’s a wireless network in the building, so I might check my email and browse a bit as well. Then it’s time to go home, while reading some more and writing this little article in the train. |
As you can see, I rely on my Touch for pretty much everything during the day. Therefore, I can truly say that it has touched my life…
